1. Introduction
Hopback is a equipment that used in beer brewing process.
Some beer such as IPA and pale have a strong hop flavor.
This equipment is designed to take an controllable amount of hop pellets from a cioncol, CO2 purged tank dispersing and mixing them with beer from a fermentation tank and returning the hop slurry back to the fermentation tank or brite beer tank with a high pressure pump.
Considering the hops flavor will be absorbed by wort at high temperature, and some brewers like to finish flavor adding during fermenting process or after, our hopback is designed to be moved and connect to each part easily.

1 inlet DN 40 in the lower bottom
1 outlet DN 40 in the side wall
1 socket DN 40 for pressure gauge and CIP connection
1 socket DN 40 for safety valve
1 quick-release connector for CO2
